• Lessons for each month must be scheduled by the first of the month. 

• Payments are due by the first lesson of every month.

• We offer 1 rescheduled lesson per 6 months for any reason (including sick days) if we are notified within 24hrs. Lessons cancelled within 24 hrs will not be eligible for makeup.

  • 1 makeup from Jan-June, 1 makeup from July- December.

• All lessons missed due to instructors absence or the inclement weather will be rescheduled.

• If you are late, the lesson time will not be extended beyond the originally scheduled time slot.

We have dozens of families participating in lessons and programs at the farm and we cannot accommodate every personal need, every time they come up. We plan ahead for each student and are committed to your child’s lesson times. We have only so much availability each week and rely on our lesson program for funds to keep the program going. When your child reserves a spot and cancels, we are left with a hole in the schedule that cannot be filled on short notice. We modeled our policy after other riding schools and extracuriculars that your child may be involved in. We hope you understand why we have this policy in place.
